A New Way…
As we all know, the real estate industry has changed substantially in the past several years and will continue to change as we move forward. For most agents and brokers, the traditional real estate model simply doesn’t work anymore, but they continue doing business the same old way because there is not an attractive alternative – until now.
Co-Founders Dave Wild and Frank Cluck set out to design a real estate company that would lead the industry from the “I” world into the “WE” world, where agents’ earning potential was not limited to their own personal production, and teams of agents could work together to achieve common goals. The evolutionary model would help agents and brokers BUILD a business, not just DO business™ and that successful business could have “real” financial value.
Both Frank and Dave have an impressive real estate history and, with their combined knowledge and experience, it was easy for them to see where the traditional real estate model was failing. Dave is a veteran of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation where he served as their Vice President of Performance as well as Regional Director for both the Florida and Georgia regions. He is also the past President and CEO of Global Realty Marketing.
